📉The tape

Flat. Suspiciously flat. After Thursday's round trip, BTC spent the whole US session pinned to 81K while oil ripped and the Dow bled. No bounce, no breakdown, and OI crept back up.

Liquidations: ~$406–455M over 24h across press reads of Coinglass, majority longs, most of it from Thursday's leg into 81K. Per-coin split and traders count unavailable today.

Mood: numb. Funding at baseline everywhere, OI rebuilding on BTC (+2.9%) and ZEC (+4.7%) into a flat price. Somebody's loading for the weekend and nobody knows which side.

🏦Macro

WTI $103.14 (+4.1%), Brent $111.45 (+2.9%). The Iran war has no exit and the market finally stopped pretending it might. Gold $4,000 (−0.6%) and silver $53.94 (−1.2%) both lower on an oil-up day, so the hedge trade is broken and it's oil or nothing. Copper +1.4%, natgas −3%. FOMC is Wednesday and $100+ crude makes the cut crowd look adorable, and yields aren't giving anyone a reason to buy duration into it.

Memes back, sort of. 11 of 16 perps green after yesterday's 16-for-16 wipe. kPEPE did $36M and led the HL board at +6.4%. Fartcoin, for once, is the laggard.

Launchpads: PUMP −4% on $66M with funding negative (−0.013%), shorts leaning on the pump.fun token while kBONK rips. The bonk.fun side keeps winning the category (bonk.fun passing pump.fun on launches is a September single-source read). Trenches: quiet, bouncing on fumes.
